As a mobile notary and loan signing agent, we drive to your location of choice.\u00a0 Our rates depend on the distance we travel and the type of notarial service you require. Our areas of operation are within the greater Forsyth County area, although other areas can be arranged with consultation.\u00a0 Our services require that a verification of the signor, in the presence of the Notary. The signer must add a signature to the document. A non-expired identification card is required when signing a legal document. Identification copies and cellphone photos are not acceptable. A Georgia notary public may NOT act as a witness to a notarized document. The Notary Public is not responsible for witnesses, and there are additional fees should you require a witness. The areas we focus on include but are not limited to: Forsyth County, Cumming, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Dahlonega, Dawsonville, Coal Mountain and many more.<\/h5>\n
