What Is a Notary
A Notary Public is an official of integrity appointed by state government — typically by the secretary of state — to serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of important documents. These official acts are called notarizations, or notarial acts. Notaries are publicly commissioned as “ministerial” officials, meaning that they are expected to follow written rules without the exercise of significant personal discretion, as would otherwise be the case with a “judicial” official.

I am a Notary Public and licensed Realtor based in Cumming GA. I am commissioned in Forsyth County, Georgia. I do general Notary work including, but not limited to notarizing Affidavits, I-9’s, School Forms, Adoptions, Wills, Power of Attorney, Contracts, Medical Records, loan signing and any other document that you may need notarized.
I can conduct Field Inspections, Business verification, Professional Collateral verification, and confirm your equipment is where it should be. If you need an unbiased person to do a verification, or you are out of State, I can offer an unbiased third party inspection service.
I am MOBILE and will travel to your office, Homes, Job sites, Hospitals, Senior Communities, or any other mutually agreed meeting place. I am a full-service Notary Public and Certified Signing Agent offering mobile appointments in the North Georgia (Forsyth County) I am available to notarize documents such as affidavits, contracts, employment records, medical records, loan documents, school forms and other forms of paperwork that requires notarization.

A HELOC is a secured loan in that you are borrowing against the equity that has been built up in your house. With a HELOC, you are borrowing against the available equity in your home and the house is used as collateral for the line of credit. As you repay your outstanding balance, the amount of available credit is replenished – much like a credit card. As a loan signing agent we are equipped to handle the document signing of a HELOC for lenders. Typically, lenders will let you borrow from 80 to 95 percent of your home’s equity. When you obtain a HELOC, you are given a draw period, or length of time during which your line of credit will stay open.
